反复烧结对选择性激光熔覆钴铬合金烤瓷冠边缘微渗漏的影响

Effects of repeated firing on microleakage of selective laser melting ceramic crowns

摘要: 目的研究反复烧结对选择性激光熔覆钴铬合金烤瓷冠边缘微渗漏的影响。方法选择50个离体磨牙,随机平均分成2组,A组设计135°浅凹状肩台,B组设计90°直角肩台,常规牙备并制作SLM钴铬合金基底冠。在预氧化,第1次遮色瓷烧结、第2次遮色瓷烧结和体瓷烧结后将各组25个试件随机分为5组,分别予以1~5次釉瓷烧结。所有试件用玻璃离子粘固并进行5000次冷热循环,采用染料渗入法,用体式显微镜观察边缘微渗漏。采用SPSS 20.0软件包对数据进行统计学分析。结果A组浅凹形肩台组试件在5次烧结前、后微渗漏无显著差异(P>0.05),而B组直角肩台组试件在反复烧结前、后微渗漏变化有显著差异(P<0.05)。在第5次烧结后,浅凹形肩台组试件(A5)边缘微渗漏显著小于直角形肩台组试件(B5)(P<0.05)。结论反复釉瓷烧结(少于5次)不会对选择性激光熔覆钴铬合金烤瓷冠的边缘微渗漏形成明显影响;相比于直角肩台,浅凹形肩台设计的选择性激光熔覆钴铬合金烤瓷冠更能耐受反复釉瓷烧结。

Abstract: PURPOSE: To investigate the effects of repeated firing on microleakage of selective laser melting ceramic crowns. METHODS: Fifty molars were randomly divided into 2 groups (25 teeth in each group). Teeth in group A received a chamfer finish line preparation, whereas teeth in group B received a shoulder finish line. After SLM metal crowns were fabricated, all the crowns received initial oxidation step, opaque firing, dentin firing and glaze firing, then crowns in each group were randomly divided into 5 sub-groups according to different time of clinical firings. Glass ionomer was applied for bonding. After 5000 thermocycles ranging from 5℃ to 55℃, all the specimens was evaluated by dye penetration and then microleakage was examined under light microscopy. The data were analyzed with SPSS 20.0 software package. RESULTS: Microleakage between all specimens of group A were not statistically significant (P>0.05) whereas that of group B were statistically significant (P<0.05); After the fifth time of clinical firing, microleakage of specimens in group B(B5) were significantly higher than that of group A(A5). CONCLUSIONS: Repeated firings had no significant influence on marginal microleakage of SLM ceramic crowns whereas the crowns of chamfer finish lines result in better clinical performance after repeated firings.
