摘要/Abstract

摘要： 多发性骨髓瘤是浆细胞病中最常见的一种类型,但同时伴发口腔多部位淀粉样变性的病例罕见,其临床表现复杂多样,易误诊、漏诊,从而延误治疗,危及生命。本文报告多发性骨髓瘤合并舌、牙龈、颊、髁突等多处淀粉样变性1例,并进行相关文献复习。

Abstract: [SummaryMultiple myeloma is the most common type of multifocal plasma cell proliferation in the bone marrow, whereas cases with multiple amyloidosis of oral cavity are rarely documented. Clinically, the disease is easily miss- diagnosed and mistreated due to lack of specificity. This article reported a rare case with multiple myeloma and amyloidosis of tongue, gingiva, buccal mucosa, followed by a review of relevant literature.
