摘要： 目的探讨关键接触点管理在口腔肿瘤患者ICU健康教育中的应用效果。方法通过文献阅读、头脑风暴、患者访谈和专家咨询等方法构建关键接触点清单,对照组采用常规宣教方法,干预组采用关键接触点模式进行宣教。采用SPSS17.0软件包对数据进行非参数秩和检验。结果口腔肿瘤患者的关键接触点清单包含11个项目,应用关键接触点管理后,患者的ICU健康教育满意度提高,对健康教育内容的掌握程度提高。结论应用关键接触点管理模式对口腔肿瘤患者进行健康教育,有利于提高口腔肿瘤患者ICU满意度和健康教育质量。

Abstract: PURPOSE: To explore the effect of key contact point management in health education at ICU for oral and maxillofacial cancer patients. METHODS: Key contact point checklist was constructed by literature review, brain storm, patients review and expert consultation. The patients in the control group accepted routine health education, while patients in the experimental group accepted health education based on key contact point theory. The data were analyzed by nonparametric rank sum test using SPSS 17.0 software package. RESULTS: The key contact point checklist for oral and maxillofacial cancer patients consisted of 11 items. After intervention, the understanding rate and the satisfaction rate of patients in the experimental group were improved significantly than those in the control group. CONCLUSIONS: Health education model based on key contact point theory can effectively improve the quality of health education and patients' satisfaction.
