摘要: 本文对近年来口腔正畸理论创新、技术研发及临床进展作了详尽梳理与深入思考,主要包括以下领域:①关于错畸形分类体系,在审视欧美经典分类的历史局限基础上,探索中国特色“突面”“凹面”与偏颌畸形分类的临床意义;②关于颌位重建矫形技术,提出含颌位因素错畸形重要概念,通过颌位重建达到咬合对接是正畸治疗学组成部分,阐述颌位重建诱发髁突适应性改建的临床意义;③关于伴颞下颌关节病(TMD)错畸形的正畸治疗,提出伴关节病错畸形鉴别诊断理念,总结错畸形与TMD易感性之间的关联规律,确立伴TMD错畸形正畸治疗原则与方案;④关于研发无托槽隐形正畸原创系列,通过理论创新与GS颌位重建理念,扩增隐形牙套技术含量,拓展隐形技术适应证与治疗边界,从而推进隐形正畸的临床应用。
