摘要/Abstract

摘要： 色素沉着绒毛结节性滑膜炎(pigmented villonodular synovitis,PVNS)是一种少见的滑膜良性增生性破坏性疾病, 以膝关节多发,发生于颞下颌关节者罕见。本文报告1例病例,手术切除后6个月,未见复发和转移。

Abstract: Pigmented villonodular synovitis (PVNS) is a benign, proliferative disorder of synovium. It often affects the knee, and rarely occurs in the temporomandibular joint (TMJ). This paper reported a 45-year-old male patient with PVNS of the TMJ, who was referred with a chief complaint of slowly growing and painless preauricular mass that was noticed about 1 year. Radical excision and follow-up were conducted, no recurrence and metastasis were noted.
