IL-10-1082G/A基因多态性与复发性口腔溃疡易感性的meta分析

Association between IL-10-1082G/A gene polymorphism and susceptibility of recurrent oral ulcer: meta analysis

摘要: 目的: 采用meta分析,系统评价白细胞介素10(interleukin-10,IL-10)-1082G/A基因多态性与复发性口腔溃疡(recurrent oral ulcer,ROU)易感性的相关性。方法: 计算机检索PubMed、Embase、Web of Science、CNKI、CBM、万方数据库和维普数据库,收集IL-10-1082G/A基因多态性与ROU易感性的相关研究,检索时限均从建库至2017年8月。由2名研究者按照纳入和排除标准独立筛选文献,提取资料,对纳入文献进行方法学质量评价和异质性检验,采用RevMan5.3软件进行meta分析。结果: 共纳入6篇病例-对照研究,包含病例组668例和对照组769例。在总体人群中,等位基因模型(G vs A)、隐性模型(GG+GA vs AA)和杂合子模型(GA vs AA)3组基因模型的meta分析结果显示,IL-10-1082G/A基因多态性与ROU易感性具有显著相关性 [G vs A:OR=1.31,95%CI(1.03,1.66),P=0.03;GG+GA vs AA:OR=1.45,95%CI(1.16,1.82),P=0.001;GA vs AA:OR=1.33,95%CI(1.04,1.70),P=0.02]。在亚洲人种的亚组分析中,其meta分析结果与总体人群一致。结论: IL-10-1082G/A基因多态性与ROU易感性有关,携带G等位基因和GA基因型者,患ROU的风险增加。

Abstract: PURPOSE: To systematically review the association between interleukin-10 (IL-10) -1082G/A gene polymorphism and susceptibility of recurrent oral ulcer (ROU) by meta analysis. METHODS: Databases of PubMed, Embase, Web of Science, CNKI, CBM, WanFang, and VIP were electronically searched to collect studies published up to August 2017 about the association between IL-10-1082G/A gene polymorphism and ROU susceptibility. According to the inclusion and exclusion criteria, two reviewers independently screened literature and extracted data, the methodological quality assessment and heterogeneity test of included studies were performed. Meta analysis was performed with RevMan5.3 software. RESULTS: A total of 6 case-control studies were included, which involved 668 ROU patients in case group and 769 healthy individuals in control group. In the general population, the results of meta analysis showed that, under 3 genetic models including allele model (G vs A), recessive model (GG+GA vs AA) and heterozygous model (GA vs AA), there was significant association between IL-10-1082G/A gene polymorphism and ROU susceptibility (G vs A: OR=1.31, 95%CI 1.03 to 1.66, P=0.03; GG+GA vs AA: OR=1.45, 95%CI 1.16 to 1.82, P=0.001; GA vs AA: OR= 1.33, 95%CI 1.04 to 1.70, P=0.02). In the Asian population, meta analysis result was consistent with the general population. CONCLUSIONS: IL-10-1082G/A gene polymorphism is associated with ROU susceptibility. Individuals with G allele and GA genotype have a higher risk of ROU. Future more well-designed, large sample and multicenter studies are greatly needed to verify our conclusion.
